1st a phone interview, last about 15 minutes, discuss scheduling, pay, and shifts. Then move on to the at-site interview. Basic questions, how much experience you have, where do you see yourself in 5 yrs, what do you expect from the company, what the company expects from you. What did you do under stressful situations, how did you resolve those issues.

The interview process for this position was almost non-existent. I did an online skills test and recorded some interview answers. I received an offer based on this. One of the recruiters I spoke with was fantastic. Another was severely lacking in communication as there was a delay in my background check. The background check company they used struggled to verify my employment and did not bother checking my uploaded documents where I included an employment verification letter from my most recent employer. I ended up receiving an offer for significantly higher pay from another employer and chose to take that offer instead. The benefits for Prime seemed nice, but the lack of communication from the recruiter (who did not respond to any of my emails) really turned me off the company.
