There was an online interview with two people (an owner and the newly hired development director). I decided to keep the video off unless the interviewers let me see them. What disappointed me was that it was a comfortable conversation until it got to legacy software that I'd have to support. I guess I recognized too much, prompting them to ask how old I was, and they told the recruiter "not enough experience with HTML" because they thought I was too old.
