The interview process was two rounds, the first being a general introduction that lasted 10 minutes. The second was a 30-minute interview going over expectations and how the company expects its employees to advance up the latter of leadership. It was fairly easy and took two business days to get done. I will say there is no guaranteed salary amount. You get a fixed amount, but can earn more based on your sales and progress in the role.
