I got an Interview couple of days a week after applying on-line. I got a email after asking me to attend an interview where I had to chose a slot. When I arrived they sat me in the canteen for a while then one of the managers came in took me to an office for the interview.

Simple competency questions and also availability questions etc. , easy enough to answer, lovely lady interviewing me, overall good experience even if you dont get an offer god experience to do.

Tell me about a time you had to make a difficult decision and how you dealt with it.
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"

In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
