Small interview with one of the store managers, around 20 minutes long. Went to customer service and asked for the member of staff, was greeted within 2 minutes. Great interview, managers were really nice. got invited back to do a training weekend on the next week.

What would you do if a customer wanted a piece of clothing which we didn't have in stock?
Standard retail interview, make sure you have a question prepared to ask the interviewer. They go through your cv on the day so make sure you have the correct dates etc.

Really easy and quick. Interviewer was friendly and there was about 20 questions but just the generic. Took about 10 minutes. But was for christmas temp. So they lowkey was trying to take alot of people in as possible as primark can get busy.
Online application, live interview followed by a feedback. In a few days I knew their answer. The interview was no stressful at all and the interviewer made me feel very comfortable
