A lot of questions about situations, how you deal to solve the problem, etc, about 10 general questions and 3 more questions in each, situation solution, final result, hard questions and not a comfortable interview, not talking about the company or yourself

Had a great phone interview which lead to a in person interview. The in person interview went really wrong because I didn't interview fot the position I applied for instead the interviewer said that the position was taken and if ill be interested in VM i said no I wanted a leadership role so she offered a Supervior position. The interviewer wasn't paying attention to my questions because she was trying to pull up my profile on her Ipad which was lacking reception. I was offered the Supervior positions but the offer was to low. They offered me $10.5 and I countered offer to $17.5 I never got a response back. I would be aware with this company In the USA. They are paying their employees low which mean their retention rate will be high.
