Applied online then invited to an interview. Standard customer service interview, only lasted around 15 minutes. Quick turn around and was offered the job the same week. Overall good experience

Quick and simple. There was an online test before interview stage. I was asked a few questions one-on-one by the manager. I heard back quite quickly. It was as expected for retail.
Group interview asking about our experience and a normal chat about what we want to achieve in this job role and what are our aspirations. Overall a pleasant interview experience with no complaints.
