Entrevista
I applied through their website where I created an account, selected the job (Tottenham Court Road, Primark) I was applying for, attached my cv and cover and then sent it off. The next day I received an email inviting me to an interview and I selected a date for the interview which was held three weeks later. The interview was held in the Human Resources department and it was a one on one interview. It was quite a relaxing and calm environment and the interviewer was lovely as well.
Put the following in order according to which is the most important and which is the least:
• Putting out Stock
• Stock Replenishment
• Helping/Answering Customer query

applied online, called in for an interview within 2 weeks and then got a job offer about 1-2 weeks later from that interview, Then done 2 weeks of paid training and customer service interactive training and presentations and then started on the sales floor after 2 weeks :)

Entrevista
Really straightforward and easy. Answered basic questions and the interviewer wrote down my responses. Met the assistant manager, went into a room and she started to ask me questions about customer service, told me a situation and asked how I would react. Also asked my availability and when I would prefer working either weekends or weekdays or both. Also asked me about what skills I have that would be suitable for the role.
