Entrevista
I applied online for a temporary sales position over the Christmas period. Got a phone call inviting for an interview 2 weeks later. The interview was carried out fast and was done by a very nice lady. Got asked the usual competency questions and scenario questions.

1) Tell me about a time where you worked in a team and how did you contribute.
2) Tell me about a time where you worked in a team and a team mate was not contributing, how did you handle the situation.
3)Tell me about a time you carried out good customer service.
4)Tell me why you want to work in Pennys.
5)Who do you think are Pennys competitors.
6)What do you think about the environment inside a Pennys store.
It was a very clear and easy to follow interview process. Overall it took about 30 minutes to complete. There was two people from Primark attending the interview and then myself.

Goodness super easy as they were kind to me and asked easy questions as I was referred by a friend , do understand their key values though and make sure to do general research on Primark
face to face, very easy and friendly conversation with the hiring manager. i applied for nightshift role.Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers were friendly, informative, and focused on both technical skills and cultural fit.
