I was invited to attend an interview shortly after applying. I was met at the customer services department and taken to my interview, copies of my NI and drivers license were taken before the interview began. It was a formal interview but the interviewer was friendly and put me at ease so I felt more confident than I usually do. I was offered the job there and then and was able to choose my hours and the department I would work in (though others I spoke to at an induction were not offered this).

Standard retail interview, make sure you have a question prepared to ask the interviewer. They go through your cv on the day so make sure you have the correct dates etc.
