There was a phone interview first, then when called in for an in-person interview I had to prepare a presentation. The second interview lasted for an hour and there was also a numeracy test for basic maths skills (ratios, percentages, reading charts, wordy questions). Calculators were provided.
I was interviewed by a panel. A lot of questions were asked on my presentation in particular before moving onto competency based questions. Some of these were your standard kinds of questions but many of them were very challenging.
When I found out I was unsuccessful I requested feedback, even though they responded to me they never passed it on. That was disappointing.
