I applied online about a month before they called me back (mid-August), they then called me back and asked me to go into store for an interview that week. My interview process took approximately 25 minutes, the manager that conducted my interview was very friendly and made sure that I felt very comfortable and went through the whole interview process with me, e.g. telling me how the interview was scored and making sure I knew what the question was about. After my interview, about an hour later I got a call offering me the job and I attended the induction the next day and then started working the day after. For me, the whole process was really well conducted.
Please put these in priority order: customer query, delivery, stock replenishment/stock on the floor?Put number 1 and most important and 3 and least important.
The store is very busy, a woman is in a hurry to try something on but the queue for the changing rooms is very long and she doesn't have time to wait. What do you do?
Standard retail interview, make sure you have a question prepared to ask the interviewer. They go through your cv on the day so make sure you have the correct dates etc.

Really easy and quick. Interviewer was friendly and there was about 20 questions but just the generic. Took about 10 minutes. But was for christmas temp. So they lowkey was trying to take alot of people in as possible as primark can get busy.
Online application, live interview followed by a feedback. In a few days I knew their answer. The interview was no stressful at all and the interviewer made me feel very comfortable
