During the interviews, it seemed like my resume had not been reviewed, as I was asked multiple times to explain why I left previous roles. After three rounds, there was also confusion about the references I provided, including how they should be contacted despite my including email addresses. Overall, the questioning and lack of preparation made the process feel unstructured, and I ultimately chose to withdraw my candidacy.
