The interview was good to go. Manager was quite chilled. Since this company is a startup their focus is much more on conversions and business. There will be an HR round for formality then comes the technical round with hiring manager and if foud fit your will face the CEO. The hiring process is quite fast and got completed within2 hours and by the time I reached home, they had even mailed an offer letter. Questions were like mediocre as in technical questions as how do you optimise website, strategy implemented and how will it gain the website.
