Filled out a paper application with one of the agency's recruiter, was asked standard questions but was interrupted by phone calls, after first being contacted from the same recruiter a month prior. Was asked many questions about job history from application, recruiter showed some prejudice when receiving responses. Made some jokes to ease anxiety. Interview lasted 2 hours when it should have been 45 minutes.
