The first interview on Zoom with another candidate wasn't bad. But, I went into the second interview and a lady interviewed me. She told me it was a door-to-door sales position based on commission only and had weird hours from late in the morning to late at night. Which, was never specified in the job description and is honestly deceiving to new graduates. It also was insulting to my intelligence considering I have a bachelor's degree.

Why do you think you'd be a good candidate for this role?
Weird set up, horrible hours and salary. Had 2 rounds of interviews within 20 minutes, 11am to 8pm AND Saturday’s. Would not recommend going to an interview. Pay didn’t make sense, should’ve called it a sales position and not marketing.
3 rounds with the team including manager and director and headquarter. Including one written test - PowerPoint skills , excel skills and data analysis. The whole process has take around one month from the beginning to get the offer
