I applied for the role through Glassdoor.com. I received an confirmation email that my application was accepted. A few days later a recruiter from Presidio reached out to me to schedule a round one phone interview. That interview went well and a few days later we had scheduled a Skype technical interview with the hiring manager for the following week. I found the Skype interview process to be unprofessional as the hiring manager would not turn on her camera to let me interact with her. If she just wanted to do it over the phone then she should have requested a phone interview. Who knows what she was doing while I was answering her questions as she appeared extremely distracted, and who knows who else was in the room while she interviewed me. It was completely unprofessional. I did not hear anything back from the recruiter nor the hiring manager for over 3 weeks until they officially filled the role.
