The interview took place on a live call with three people, where one was asking technical questions and the others were informing me about the company. This seemed to be a good way to gauge the company culture, and they were very friendly.

3 step process. meet with recruiter, then meet with senior engineer, then a technical where they present a file of code and you walk them through it and offer suggestions.
Showed up 15 minutes early and stayed for 25 minutes. Found out he canceled 3 minutes before the meeting started without sending me an email.
I politely emailed him to rescheduled.
The next time, he showed up to the meeting. He was respectful and pleasant to talk to.
