Resume Submission: Candidates apply by submitting their resume and cover letter.

Phone Screening: A short call (10–30 minutes) to confirm basic qualifications, discuss salary expectations, and assess communication skills.
2. Interview Rounds

Second Round (Technical/Skill-Based Interview): Assesses technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and job-related skills. May include tests, case studies, or practical tasks.
Third Round (Managerial Interview): Conducted by team leads or hiring managers to evaluate problem-solving skills, decision-making, and teamwork.
Final Round (Executive/Panel Interview): Higher-level discussion with senior executives, sometimes in a panel format, to assess cultural fit and strategic thinking.
