Group Interview stage followed by individual interview. Group interviewed involved getting to know each candidate and some open discussion. Individual interview involved questions on your background, behavioral questions, and discussing the details of the role.

The interview is a minimum two step process - group interview followed by interview with potential team manager. Sometimes a third interview with another manager and mentor will be arranged to find suitability. Be prepared with questions to ask the interviewer about the company and teams.
