They called me one day for an on-the-spot phone interview, and then asked me to go into the office for an in-person interview. The company was unprofessional, including running late and never giving me an access code to the building. I was told I would find out within the next day or two, but was completely ghosted.

Was very chill. had a phone call with the recruiter originally. Came into the office, spoke in a room with one of the senior managers fro 20-30 minutes, then was showed the office space. Was told later I can start!
