The hiring process is a couple calls and an in person interview and they feel you out and inevitably will likely give you the offer. They lie and are not very open about what they do, they also give you a shady acceptance letter and they do everything they can not to tell you you’ll be a cold call salesman. it’s a scheme and i’d stay away though if you’re into it it looks like you could make decent money but the problem is they never clarify anything about how you’ll get paid or how much or what percent or how to move up. they make the moving up process very difficult.
