Stage 1 included 5 pre recorded interview questions and you do get the opportunity to re-record after you finish the question and re-watch it back but you can only do this once (per question) I was asked 1)why do i want to leave current job 2)why do i want to work for PCL 3)describe a time where i experienced great customer service and why did it stand out 4) describe a time dealing with a difficult customer 5)cant recall the 5th Q After this was accepted and i passed the round i was invited to a phone interview (not camera on) and this is due to last 15 minutes

You’ll get two emails one with a link to some questions to answer (questionnaire) on behavioural situations, and the second a video screening with 2 minutes to answer each question. You can re record each answer but only once. Once accepted, you will then be emailed an offer of a telephone interview, then the decision will be made upon this.
