Did a phone interview first. Was very robotic and scripted. Asked the basic questions such as strengths/weaknesses, tell about a time when..... and so on. Took about 30 min. Then was told a region manager would reach out if they are interested. Or I would receive an email if they rejected me.

I submitted a resume online. A few days later, a recruiter called to set up a meet and greet. I expected a follow-up call from the same recruiter- but did not receive. I have interviewed with them in the past, and worked for their sister organization. It's a great company. This was an odd interaction for them.
