The process started with a phone interview with the recruiter and if you’re a good fit, he’ll forward your resume to the director and they’ll reach out if interested. It took two weeks to hear back from the director after the initial phone interview. The director and l interviewed in person on a Monday and the entire interview consisted of her educating me about premise health and how well the company has been doing. I was asked about my experience and qualifications then she continued on speaking about how big premise health Is and how successful they are. I don’t feel that l was given a fair chance to fully explain my background, qualifications, or what l could have potentially brought to the practice. I was told that l would receive an email the following Monday if they were interested. It has been 18 days and l haven’t heard anything yet.
