I met an employee at a networking event who gave me the internal recruiter's contact information. The recruiter was friendly, quickly reviewed my resume and I passed her initial screening after which she communicated that she would pass my resume along to the hiring manager. After 3 weeks, I made a follow up call and she followed up with the hiring manager. I had an in-person interview scheduled within 3 working days. I interviewed with a panel of 5 people - the Director and 4 other PMs. They were friendly and it was conversational in style. It lasted 1 hour.
