It is increasingly disappointing to interact with companies and be ghosted in the middle of the interview process. As an HR professional, it’s mind boggling that your HR department is comfortable with the lack of communication and disrespect for people’s time. I was told after a first interview that I would be reached out to regarding next steps within a week. That was nearly a month ago and mum’s the word. Unsurprisingly your posting is still up. I don’t care who you choose or don’t choose as your candidate but everyone else who applied deserves for you to communicate that with them.
