I interviewed with only the senior engineer there. I was given a tour of the facility and discussion about the company. During the discussion I was asked illegal questions like if I was married and he said he would have had to ask my husband for permission first before offering me the job because of the travel requirements even though I told him I had traveled longer times for work projects before. I never had opportunity to interview with anyone else there, like the other engineers, HR, etc. They took me out to lunch... at Boston Market ! (it is a fast food restaurant) During the interview discussions the guy admitted to having an anger management and temper problem. A bunch red flags popped up from the discussion of his work, character, and company work practices.
