They contacted me after I posted my resume on careerbuilders.com (I was doing so to apply to a different job). They then used many tactics such as mentioning the interview process was closing soon, their manager who they provided no name for would like to speak to me, its a "full time" position 8-6pm, and there is lots of room for growth, etc.. etc... Within the next hour I was contacted by both Junto Group and SMGI with the exact same sales pitch! That is when my suspicions were more or less confirmed that this was in fact a pyramid scheme, see Cutco Knives and various other companies with similar hiring schemes that focus on numbers. This position is as they say, not for everyone, just do yourself a favor and learn that before a month of hard work and just a few hundred dollars to show for it teaches you the hard way.
