Assesment centre consisiting of ice breaker, 2 group activities, an individual activity and interview. Ice breaker pretty simple - name your fav celebrity, what you'd buy if you won the lottery etc. Individual activity consisting of a presentation. Group activities arguing your case and picking items off a list.

I had 3 interviews all together. 1 phone interview which was basic questions: why premier inn? . Then I had face to face interview with my area manager and second one with her buddy area manager. After phone interview I had to chase for the outcome 3 times as area manager was to busy to schedule interview in. For interview please be able to talk about yourself, your experience with guests bad and good. You need to be able to sell yourself. SMILE BE CONFIDENT learn company values on your CV write things they are looking for in job description that will enable you to get to the phone interview stage!
