I missed the original notification inviting me for an interview but was very interested in the job so I reached out and recieved a very positive and understanding response. The initial interview was conducted via video conference and was very relaxed and welcoming. Their questions were insightful and direct without being intrusive or accusatory. They seemed to be focused creating a work environment that was designed to set they're employees up to succeed and create an environment that is both comfortable and professional. Their business practices seemed centered around doing good for their clients and employees not just profit or image. I will most likely accept if offered the opportunity to join.
