Professionally done, however find with other jobs posted - they already have someone in own department they had in mind. Seems to be a wasted effort to post a job you already know who you want from within your own group. Waste of time for employee who is hoping to move on and grow with company, learn something new.

Entrevista
I was converted from a contractor to a FTE position, so I interviewed with people I already knew and worked closely with. This was strange, but also eased nerves. There was two interviews for this position. One with the team, including the manager. The second was with the manager alone. I received information that suggested negative feedback after the first interview, which was extremely discouraging and made it a little awkward to work with the manager. However, it made me work hard and prove myself.
