The hiring process was professional and personal. Ashley was very clear on what was expected of me and what the company strives for. The panel interview was a bit intense but i understood why its set up like it is. They want to get the right people in. People who embody the core values....kindness, craftsmanship, and progression.

The process was one phone interviews, one face to face with HR and a panel interview. A tour of the office. A few days later I was offered a position! Overall positive experience!
