Haphazard. Person that was supposed to interview ended up out of the office the day and time we agreed upon. The person that did the interview hadn't even looked at my application before I arrived. Then another person did a followup call not knowing the status of the interview. Starting salary in job posting was higher than what was offered. Company appeared to have disconnected management office communication.
