It was extremely laid back. The girl interviewing me was probably in her early 20's and dressed like she was going to the gym. I took a personality test prior to the sit-down interview. The sit-down 1:1 interview consisted of her asking me questions off of a clipboard and recording answers for someone else. Extremely casual - I actually felt overdressed in typical business casual.
