I had a total of 4 interviews - one with the initial recruiter, one with a higher up, and 2 other group interviews (4 employees total). It was a somewhat cumbersome process as there were a total of 5 people in the company that I had to interview. Questions were standard, however, and I felt comfortable through the whole process. No tests involved.

First interview was over the phone. After a week they asked me to come in for a second interview to meet with 5 people across different departments. The second interview last almost two and half hours. I thought that it went very well and was tolls that they wanted me to come back for a 3rd interview and would get back to me with details and timing. After countless follow ups, they finally told me that they were moving forward with another candidate.
