The interview process consisted of multiple phone/web interviews with the manager of information technology. Several questions regarding specific software, configurations & hardware are discussef to gather your experience with each. Rapport was important during the phone & web interviews. Once 3-4 phone interviews took place the in-person interview is scheduled. It consisted of similar questions & discussion regarding knowledge of it & specific hardware/software.
