Started out with a phone interview. It lasted about half an hour and we just went over my resume. No difficult questions. About a month later I did a group interview at the facility. My boss actually doesn't work in the same state so the interview was done by my colleagues. I don't think they had any idea what to expect so they just took me on a tour and described the position.
