I applied online, and had a few in Person interviews. From that a few months later I was then selected to interview for another rotation program, which consisted of a superday. This was a full 8 hours, with multiple different interviews with 1-3 people. A lot of behavioral questions nothing too technical. This was directly out of college so I knew when the program was scheduled to start, and when I should hear back by. Received an offer the next day.
