My first round of interview was with the hiring manager. Was very welcoming which sets the tone. He spoke about the current projects that are on going and what this role would require. I then discussed my past roles in my CV and how its relevant to this role. We then discussed the main issues that need to be tackled if i were to get the role. The second round of interview was with 2 directors i would have to work with. We started with the background of the global operations group and what their main challenges are. The questions were with regards to my previous roles and some behavioural questions.It was mainly to see if i would be a great fit with the team. They were very nice and had a great attitude.
