1: first time: they send me 1 hour online test. After completing Test, when all answers are correct and wasting 1 hour. they didn't responding. 2; Second time; after 1 year- they again called me to take Phonic round.I have a stammer and the technical interviewer has no respect and cut the call in between, which is Rude. People always judge the candidate on basis on skills or they explain why they need fluent speaker, but nobody cuts the calls like this.
