It was a Microsoft Teams interview done with a junior HR recruiter. The process was about 35 minutes. My impression was not so good because I was asked questions that stated that my CV was not read carefully regarding my past work experience, like it was done because it had to be done. I was informed of 4 interview stages, a brief description of the company and the commercial department and in general what does the company provide to the employees. I was also asked my salary expectations from the 1st stage, which was clearly the reason why I did not go to second stage considering that my experience was above and beyond the job position.
