Before the interview process I filled out an application. The interview process was relatively short once it was setup. The interview was one on one with the club manager. After a few short questions about education and background, I was asked about customer service skills and experience. After the initial interview, you take a personality assessment, which just characterizes you onto paper. That assessment describes you personality traits and potential business ethics in the workplace.
