Muy buena, flexible, la técnica es difícil, pero en general fue buena aunque ponen muchas cosas demora mucho, te piden muchas cosas como ensayos, escritos las entrevistas son largas en fin, mucho protocolo, y el sueldo que ofrecen no es competitivo

A long process, too many tests, like a programing tests, psychotechnics tests, personal interviews with the psychologist, leader and the group, but a good treat in general, maybe It could be good they improve their process because it was a little slow.
