First round is aptitude test. The questions are quite easy.
The second round is group discussion. There are two rounds of discussion to test your logical reasoning. You will be provided with a situation and you must express your opinion on the same.
The third round is Personal Interview round. Mostly they do not eliminate candidates from this round.
