I applied through my schools career listing. I was promptly called in for an interview after a very brief phone screening. I spoke with an HR representative who walked me through the skills assessment as well as held a brief interview with me. She was very friendly and helpful. Two days later I went in for a second interview with 2 other upper management employees with Practicon. It was a challenging interview, but nothing unexpected. It lasted about 30-45 minutes. Mostly conversation type questions with some professional things thrown in. It was very refreshing compared to someone throwing questions at you off a page. This company is filled with people that actually want to speak with you and help.
