Well, for the position of Content Manager - the prerequisites were SEO, EEAT , content writing and management. The interviewer immediately assigned an English quiz that went on 40 minutes. As an SEO writer, we are barred from using jargons. Google doesn't appreciate research-level words when it comes to increasing the views and reaching more customers. I am amazed at the test. I scored less than the benchmark and the interviewer didn't bother to speak and left the meeting saying I didnt qualify.
