Ghosted! I lost track of the number of phone calls and Zoom interviews; six Zoom interviews that I documented. After all that time I committed, I would think the recruiter would answer a call or email about the status. They had no trouble calling me at off hours to make sure I had the latest Zoom invite. I did not even get the automated message that the job had been filled.
