I submitted my application online and ten days later I received an email with a link to a cognitive and behavioral assessment. After completing the assessment I never heard back (it has been roughly 3 weeks since I finished the test). I have tried calling the testing company (who are only there to help you with test specific problems), reaching out to HR via LinkedIn, and even calling the office. Really disappointing, I just wanted a status update after almost a month of waiting.
