Cognitive and personality assessment were assigned pretty much right away. General phone interview with their recruiter 3 days after application. Had to retake the 2 assessments while being watched by video a couple days after that. Everything went well and I was told I'd do a phone interview with the hiring manager later that week. I followed up and he was still too busy. 3 months later I received a message saying they were going forward with the position and to schedule an interview. I was uninterested at that point.
